Beef skewers with vegetables and yakitori sauce

Black pork and mahones cheese sandwiches

Norwegion lobster fingers with cheese and guacamole

Caramelised onion coca and foie micuit

STARTER

Fish ravioli with cream of saffroned prawn and aove pearls

MAIN COURSES

    Olive encrusted cod fillet at low temperature, carrot puree and citronella alioli

    or

    Pork tenderloin with mushroom risotto and cherry tomato confit

DESSERT

Almond cake with white chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache and "dulce de leche" ice cream

VALLDEMOSSA

Valldemossa lies in an idyllic valley in the Tramuntana mountains. it is a small village with lots of gorgeous boutiques, interior design shops, arts & crafts and handmade jewellery to be discovered. there is also a street market during sunday La Cartuja de Valldemossa is one of the main monuments in town. It is a palace and formerly the residence of King Sancho I of Mallorca. Santa Catalina Tomás was considered the most venerated saint in Mallorca. People are welcome to visit her house.

SÓLLER

The authentic mediterranean town Sóller is in the heart of the ‘valley of oranges’. The main square – Plaza de la Constitución – is always busy with numerous bars and cafés, just in front of Sant Bartomeu church which is one of the tourist attractions here in the town. There is a street market in Bunyola on Saturday mornings.

PORT DE SÓLLER

Is a coastal village with a historic tram which connects to the town of Sóller, large bay with protected harbour and scenic surroundings. As an old fishing harbour, it is also a great place to eat fish and seafood
